2. Scope and Purposes of Data Processing

COPCO MOBILITY processes personal data to the extent necessary to:

  • Execute commercial contracts and services related to the company's business profile (Basis: Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),
  • Comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting regulations (Art. 6(1)(c) of the GDPR),
  • Handle inquiries, recruitment processes, and marketing activities (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) of the GDPR),

  • Recruitment data: for a period of 6 months following the end of the recruitment process, unless the candidate consents to future recruitment.
